We had to enter our memberships manually. We are now in the process of creating estimates to send to our customers. Our customers are renewing their memberships, but when we convert the estimates to sold, we get a brand new membership. We are having to enter all of the recurring service events and expire the old membership. Can anyone help us out and let us know what we are doing wrong?
