Is there a way that service titan can track replacement credits on a membership if we gave a $100 credit towards a replacement each year a customer was a part of our membership? We are also interested in giving a credit towards an accessory that would reset each year but we do not want to have to manually track it.
Hi There, Thank you for submitting your question. Currently, Service Titan can track items sold as tasks. Those tasks can be reported on with prebuilt and custom reporting. You could possibly track them using tags as well. I will reach out to you via email to hear your specific needs. Thank you.
