When customer purchases multiple ongoing monthly memberships

I had a customer who purchased 2 ongoing monthly memberships.  When it billed the next month it only billed one, I was not aware that an update needed to be made in memberships to have it bill two.  Is there a way to set up so Service Titan does an automatic update or a way to notify us that the update needs to be made?
