Is there a way to make it so that memberships never expire? that they automatically renew until we specifically cancel it? That way with over 4,000 memberships we are not having to renew them every year
I'd love to be able to SMS message customers regarding failed membership payments and/or upcoming card expirations. For any company on recurring monthly billing, its becoming a MUST!
Would like to see automated options for memberships. Specifically auto emails that go out when members payments dont go through each month. This is standard with many subscription/memberships that you can sign up for these days.
Can there be a feature where it can automatically email customers paid invoices for monthly memberships? Also it would be nice to edit which customers that can get these paid invoices automatically emailed as well.
Is there a way to ADD a membership instead of having to SELL it? IF you sell the membership, it generates an invoice. There use to be a button choice for either sell or add. The add has been removed.
I am needed to set up a yearly recurring service to only happen once a year. I am only seeing monthly, daily, and seasonal. Is there any way to set up yearly? Thanks!
We just learned that when you renew a membership, the membership does not duplicate the existing membership. You have to edit recurring service months, recurring service memos, tags,etc. We have 4K memberships. Anyone have a workaround/suggestion?
Is there any way to make it so the Monthly Membership recurring events do not roll over year to year? We have a "Use it or Lose it" membership policy if the visits aren't used within that year. Currently, the visits keep rolling over to the next year!
When adding more visits to a "recurring service" due to a multiple year membership, It shows that I have multiple visits left, but only shows 2 "recurring events" to schedule for 2018 but no recurring events for 2019. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
