Has anyone had issues with forms automatically deleting after the tech has filled them out? It seems to have just started. I had the tech do a tablet update and log out and log back in.
Yes! We have had this issue as well, but it is so intermittent we haven't been able to pin it down to a single form, user or job type. Sometimes updating IOS helps, but typically I advise them to reinstall ST and dont hear anything after that.
We are having this issue as well...which is very frustrating and makes us look unprofessional when trying to present to customers. It is happening randomly to all our techs. Was there a solution found?
