We've built a programmed PDF that calculates discounts for bundles as well calculates taxes for customers who sign up to monthly membership plans. ServiceTitan does not currently support programmed PDFs as forms, nor are they able to build a form that does so which is highly perplexing for a web-based and robust platform.
