One of our tech's just called me and is having trouble with ST today. It isn't loading anything for him. He cannot upload photos or attachments to his current job or see his next job either. Before I reach out to support - I wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem as well? I suggested he ensure he has updated his iPad and that he uninstall the app and reinstall it as I know this is always tech support's suggestions. He has also tried it on more than one device as well (his work iPhone too). He thought maybe the reception/service was poor at the customer's home so he even drove a ways away to try to get it to load but he is still having trouble. He regularly has this problem more than any of our other techs. We have even switched phones for him to see if this helps but he still has problems regularly. Does anyone have any suggestions?
