Has anyone else had a lot of issues with techs closing out and the app not closing them out.  We have had this happen on several occasions.

We haven't received any reports of a similar issue from other customers. This may be an isolated case, particularly if both the operating system and the app are outdated. I'll email you so you can provide more information about the issue.
