Why are you not able to customize the log follow-up templates? It's all about keeping it basic and easy for the technicians or sales team members to log a quick sales cadence follow up with a template.

Please look into adding this. I'm sure I'm not the only one that would find it useful. Why have templates available when you can't create your own that apply?

I had asked about this and they said to post on the community board as there is not option at this time: this was the message: 

Thanks! At this moment there is no option to add more templates. I would recommend creating a post in our user community so that others can upvote your idea. You can do that by visiting community.servicetitan.com. And I will make sure to pass this idea to our product team as well

You'll need to submit this as an idea by going to the Idea's tab... I'm not sure that they're looking at this particular page for product improvements.
