Same for us- we have pinned it to certain cell phone providers! The work
around I have found is if you go to the search and select sms and search
the number you can see the full message there! It is annoying but at
least can read the whole message!
I had asked about this and they said to post on the community board as
there is not option at this time: this was the message: Thanks! At this
moment there is no option to add more templates. I would recommend
creating a post in our user community so...
