Assigning Pricebook Categories to Specific Technicians

I think it would be very beneficial if we had the option to assign Technicians to specific categories in the Pricebook without having to conform to just Business Units as some of our Technicians are hybrids that fall under multiple Business Units. Having the ability to add Technician to certain Pricebook Categories regardless of their Business Unit would help us out greatly!

Hi @cmullen24 -- depending on how your account is configured, there is a "pricebook categories" field on the technician profiles where you can add specific pricebook categories and subcategories, regardless of what business unit they're assigned to! Go to settings>people>technicians>ST mobile access.

Here's a snippet of where to find it on a tech profile, it should be on the first of three tabs -- hope this helps!
