We created specific "Tasks" or "Services" and reflect them as a comment line in our proposals. We also created headers for specific sections so the customers know these are mail-in rebates (versus discounts or dollars off of their total). Doing it this way has had the added benefit of reflecting what the client will pay us vs what they will get back from the utilities/feds without impacting our bottom line. The only downside is that it shows quantities and $0.00, but we have not found this to be a major issue.

Has Service Titan considered adding an Initial Investment and an After Rebate or Net Investment line to proposals for Equipment replacement? This would be very helpful when explaining to clients.

Hi there- the closest option we have is discounts and fees that would reflect on estimates. That is an option your success manager can turn on for you.
