Do you publish content for your technicians in the content portal? If not, these videos are a quick training session you can have your technicians watch! Instructions linked here.

You may see that this post has been added to your content portal but it doesn't have any technicians assigned to view the post! If you haven’t seen them yet, here is where you can find them:

Navigate to your Settings > (Operations) > Content Portal
Click “Edit” on the post, and:
Choose “Select audience” > (chose the techs you want to see the post) “Apply selected
Update the “End Time” for the time period you’d like the post to be live. If you’d prefer the post to be available for an extended period of time, you can set it for years in the future.
Click “Send”.
Once that’s done, your selected technicians added to that post will be able to see it in their content portal within the mobile app.

Video Description: The ST-61 Release introduces a new forms set-up to help you get through them faster, the ability to link equipment to service estimates, a way to add materials to services as sub-items, and new mobile equipment filters.
