Construction Punch Lists

This question is for new construction workflow: Does anyone have a suggestion or solution they are using to create punch lists on jobs? For example, our Field Sup (FS) goes out to look at a phase 2/top out job for a project and needs to create a punch list for the crew to go back and do. Forms does not accomplish what is needed because 1) it cannot be done from the field app and 2) even if we have the FS log into the employee side on his laptop to do, it's not the same form for every job... since every job site punch is completely different. Any suggestions from fellow NC ST users??

Our techs just write up punch lists as job notes and pin them until they're updated.

Hey team - Would you want this to "hang" on the Project? So 1 to N punch lists tied to a project?

That punch list would be created and managed both in the field app and in the office?

Like having a manager check box and a tech completed check box…that sounds intriguing but it would have to be a giant list of everything or editable and then sort all the cked items to the top?

Could you create a form, have the FS complete it by checking off only the things that need to be corrected, then when the crew goes out they can view the completed form?

Unfortunately no, bc the form cannot be completed from the field... the FS has to be able to create it easily and it is not a consistent list of 10 items. It can be a list of 50 punch items that is completely different from job to job. the crew/tech that is assigned to complete the punch items also needs to be able to check those items off one by one of what he's done.
