It would be really helpful if, in the history of a project, it was updated with everything that might have changed with the project. For example we had a client provide an updated address for the project. We changed the address in our system but that change wasn't noted in the history of the project. In order to document such a change someone would have to make a specific note of what occured. The history of a project should include the full history including internal changes and requests.
