Currently, we are doing the deposit on future work and the create an adjustment invoice to collect that payment to make it work on QBO. This is a problem for many as I see it on the ServiceTitan Mastermind group on Facebook. I am wondering if this is something that is going to be developed in the near future or is basically never going to be done. We have a lot of features that would be amazing to use but can't because we can't take our deposits correctly until this issue is resolved.
