I want to run (or build) a report that shows me the number of calls that we ran after hours (after 6pm) and all weekend (Sat-Sun) and the revenue generated by those after hour calls. I want the report to be for YR-TO-DT.
We are trying to find out what percentage of our revenue is during normal hours vs after-hours. I can't figure out a way to run this report.
