Hi everyone! Earlier this year we released a new reporting template ”Form Submissions” to help you report on form responses. We have seen this new template being used to report on a variety of data such as tracking happy calls, inspections, membership enrollment, refrigerants used. What other use cases have you been using it for? Is there any feedback you would like to share?
If you haven’t tried out the new Forms Submissions dataset, learn more on how to get started here.

This is broken product. I cannot get Technician forms to populate into any forms reporting, and left to use the search bar to collect what was submitted into a list. Painful!

Hi @NewAbenakiMan ! Thanks for your feedback. Is there a case number I can refer to? I'll look into it.

Thanks for the reply! I was able to produce the results I need by switching from "Forms" report to "Form Submissions" report. I did not realize there was a difference at first.

Its broken, was there an update? Now all of the sudden the independent content of a form won't populate. I had it built, it worked great and then this morning my report has no data.

Testing the Form Submission Report for tracking Customer Rebates. Current challenge is having the categories/groupings stick when the page is refreshed. Currently, I am having to re-format my report each time I visit it.
Is there something I'm missing? Does anyone have any work arounds for this?

Our Dispatchers file a form from a debrief call with the tech after every completed job. We use the form to check on the tech's adherence to our service system process, follow-up needed, truck stock used, etc. All of these data points get tracked and the proper folks notified as needed.
