Hopefully I am posting this in the correct area.
The report "AR Transactions by customer" is not working correctly. When I ran the report I selected only three of our business units, but the report shows data from business units I did not select. I have an example of the report but can't add attachments .

Definitely send a support ticket in! you can either create a support ticket in Community, or email support@servicetitan.com. This will help to figure out why it isn't working right! Or send a screenshot like Randi said so maybe we can help?

I tested it out and if you exclude unapplied payments (since they don't know what the BU will be) I ended up with only the one BU I was filtering for.
Also if you hit the camera icon in the top of the text box it should allow you to upload pictures/screenshots.
