I have been trying to figure out a way to go back to appointments that have been completed and fix them so that the #'s on technician score cards and the dashboard are accurate. I'm not sure if this is something that can be done after the job has been completed by the tech. Looking for any insight on this. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in my response! I never got any notification this was replied to 😅. Thank you for your response! I am mainly fixing business units, flipped leads, and non opportunity appointments. Occasionally some accounting adjustments dealing with revenue or sales volume. Lots of it is back dated and I am in the process of doing an audit for us to fix the #'s so we can start measuring accurately for 2023. I know this will be a team effort and I just want to be able to relay the best practices to my field team so we don't continue to have this issue moving forward.
