Touch point reports

Hi . We are trying to see if we can do a client touch point report . This report would include who did the reach out , what type of reach out , Date, Etc.

Can such a report be done ? If so please include instructions on how to do it.

Hey @RP1 -- is there a specific touch point you're referring to, such as a phone call, job completion, marketing email received?

We would like to do a touch point report that we would be able to track phone calls, texts, emails, visits per customer.
