Why are there not team metrics??????

Stupid Question??

Since the dispatch board is organized by teams set on the technician's profile, Why are there no team filters on the dashboards and reports?????

Wouldn't that be an obvious and useful way to view your metrics? After all the group is called a team. I need to see team metrics.😕

It is good to see it in some reporting data sets. Thank you. It would be really helpful on the DASHBOARD and DISPATCHBOARD.

Hi @blutz! There is a "Team" KPI under the "Technician Performance", "Timesheets", and "Invoice items by Technician" templates under Reports!
