Managing Booking + Live Services Notification Emails
Want an easy tutorial on how to add and remove emails from our distribution list for booking notifications? Look no further! But that's not all - we'll also be covering live chat and voice summary emails. Here we go!
First things first, make sure you're logged into our Schedule engine dashboard. From there, we'll head over to the settings section and click on company and contact. Are you with me so far?
In this first section, we will take things up a notch by adjusting the scheduler and admin booking notification. That means whenever an appointment is booked through our online scheduler or chat and voice agents, you'll receive a notification email with a job summary. You'll be the first to know and can dispatch it to a technician in a flash.
Now, if you want to add additional emails to this list, get ready for some serious action. Just hit the plus icon and enter the email you want to include. You can even choose whether to copy or blind copy. Once you hit add, this person will be in the loop and receive those booking notification emails from that point forward.
But wait, there's more! You can also edit the primary email address that these notifications will be going to by clicking on the pencil icon. Need to change it to another email? No problem - just adjust and hit save.
And if you're using our live chat and voice services, get ready for the ultimate thrill. The bottom section will show you who's currently receiving the call and voice summary emails. It's all happening here, folks!
