Updating Your Service Area in the Schedule Engine Dashboard
Are you ready to take your scheduling game to the next level? In this video, we'll reveal the steps to updating your service area for the scheduler in the Schedule Engine dashboard.
Picture this: You're logged in to your dashboard, feeling like a superhero. You head straight to the operations dropdown, and there it is - the service area option. You click it, and suddenly, you're zoomed into your service area like a high-tech spy 😉
But wait, there's more! You notice that some areas are grayed out - those are the lucky ones within your service area. And if you want to add even more excitement to your service area, you only have to click on it and copy the zip code. Then, paste it into the bucket and hit the plus button like a pro. Once you've done that, the area will automatically be included, and customers can now schedule on your scheduler.
Want to add multiple areas? No problem! Separate them with a comma and hit the plus button again to highlight them. And if you change your mind, you can easily remove a zip code by Xing it out.
But here's the real kicker: You can even download a copy of your service area list in Excel format with just a click. Imagine having all that information at your fingertips, ready to conquer the scheduling world!
