Is there a way to block Spam/Unwanted #s from chat?

I created an IVR to stop the spam calls. It has worked great.

Hi- you can definitely block spam or any unwanted numbers in chat. If you get a message from a number, you can go to the chat in the call booking screen and click on the message. Then you can click on the three dots in the corner and the option for Block SPAM will appear.
