We are about five-six months into using Marketing Pro. We have sent out 8 campaigns and have received hardly any responses. Even to FREE/$100 off promotions. It shows that around 25% are opening but around 1% or less are responding.
We ran some tests and found the emails all go to SPAM. Is there anyway to combat this? We were given articles and material, but wanted to see if anyone found solutions to this problem.
