Hi there, we can't seem to pass the Latency test for Phones Pro. Everything's passed (Bandwidth, VoIP MOS, SIP ALG, Firewall Ports) except that one. Our business is located in the Philippines. We've tried everything, maximizing the network we're getting from our provider. We've spoken once with a representative, I can remember him saying that we need to reroute the network traffic so we can connect to the servers faster. Unfortunately, our internet provider doesn't seem to provide that option. Is there something we're still missing or is there any fix to this Latency issue?
