FORM ISSUES

Hello, I am looking for some ideas on my conditional logic form, I created a very extensive form with quite a few rules but now that it is complete, Service Titan completely shuts down everytime I go to preview it. I contacted support and have been waiting on a response. Has anyone else experienced this issue? My form has seemed to break service titan somehow lol!
