How to Fix QuickBooks Payroll Won't Open

QuickBooks Payroll won’t open. I’ve restarted my PC, checked for updates, and run QuickBooks as admin, but no luck. Using  QuickBooks Version 2017 on Windows 7 . Any suggestions to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

If QuickBooks Payroll won't open, try updating QuickBooks to the latest version, then run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool from the Tool Hub. If the issue persists, verify your payroll subscription is active and reset the QuickBooks update. Finally, repair the QuickBooks installation through the Control Panel to resolve any corrupted files causing the issue.
