Mine only does this when the technician didn't clock out on Friday, or if they didn't complete or pause their job. Have you looked at their "done" times on their jobs to make sure it's accurate?
Other than that ST has been having some glitches with timesheets the last couple of weeks. Most of it is fixed but there's still odd stuff popping up here and there. Hope you get it solved!
