I am working on setting up configurable payroll and I am stuck on one of our performance bonuses. So our technician goes out and sells a repair he gets 7% commission for that sale but if a different tech performs those repairs that tech gets 13% commission. If the same tech does all he would get all 20%. I am not sure how I can set that up. I am thinking through job types. First job would most likely be a service or maintenance job and then the return job would be a different job type. Has anyone else worked on something like this?
