Most payroll programs round payroll time to the nearest quarter hour or 15-minute interval. Service Titan tracks job time by the minute but does allow for the billing by the quarter hour interval. Why doesn't payroll in Service Titan round to the nearest quarter hour as well? Is there a setting somewhere we missed? If not, it's suggested to be a project to do so. As it currently is, the payroll person has to manually perform this task in order to properly send the hours to process.
