Can you see if you can disable "manual clock in" and only have it set to "arrive at location"? I see this already causing problems in areas where there isn't great signal...

They are paid an hourly rate, we would just want an ability to track and control the location where someone can clock in from.

Have you tried "paying" your techs for only when they are on the "job site".

Also the auto arrive feature works pretty well.
