Would be really nice if there was a way to reply to employee payroll disputes... Right now it's a 1-way discussion when an employee disputes payroll. Can this become a chat option rather than just a 1-way message?

I second this! From a legal perspective, we have a tech disputing the payroll, and then no paper trail of the manager's discussion on why the time is or is not accurate or why the time changed.
