First of all, thanks for this community, I've been in Call Centers since I was 15 years old and I've NEVER worked with such a wonderful amazing call system as Service Titan. The fact that I get a transcript I can go back over, if I missed a phone number or anything to me is AMAZING, or if I need to see how to quickly make a customer's ticket tax exempt, I go pull up the instructions in under 30 seconds and the customer is out the door. This is NEXT LEVEL! Plus this community where I can not only ask any question I need but socialize, come on this is just FUN!!! Love this! 😊
