Hello! My name is Amie, and I am an office manager (along with many other titles) for Advanced Door. We are a garage door company servicing northern Utah and southern Idaho. Along with my introduction post, I would like to ask for any advice about implementing and using dispatch and scheduling pro. We have been using Service Titan for about a year now and are looking into utilizing more of the Service Titan features such as Dispatch Pro & Scheduling Pro. This would be a big change for us, as we have always left the order and time of service calls up to the technician (We book customers for a certain day & then the technician sets the schedule with those customers). Thank you for any advice or experiences you have to share!

We are an electrical and HVAC company, so I don't know if this will be helpful or not, but we use Scheduling Pro for our overflow calls and whenever the two of us office ladies step out of the office for a few minutes. We have the live answering and the chat.
