Happy Friday ServiceTitan family! My name is Tawny. I am the business administrator for a handyman company in Arizona. We are in the process of switching over from Dispatch to ServiceTitan (we go live next month!) and we are so excited (and nervous). Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! I highly recommend setting up membership audit reports asap to review recurring services, preferred payments and /payment types, start and end dates, and learning how to connect equipment to the memberships.
