I need to be notified either on the dispatch board or on a morning report of all jobs not completed by the tech's. This is affecting our accounting as uncompleted jobs do not show up on the daily "all payments" reports that I forward to the bookkeepe...

I would like to make changes to our invoices. I would like to make the acknowledgements where the customer signs larger and if possible, in red so it sticks out better so the customer actually reads what they are signing.

Is there a way to limit the area where address are verified to our state? I sometimes get address from two or three different states and it takes time to sort thru them or go back and add the , and the city to get the correct address. Our company is ...
