Add a call back (recorded) option for calls not associated with a client

We call these clients back there are in abandoned or not customers, but there is no way to call out of Service Titan or to have those called back recorded.
Take Permission away from employess to DISMISS recurring events

We often have a CSR accidently dismiss a Recurring event and there is no wat to get it back.
Add Automated alerts to technicians

Somehow generate an alert to let the technicians know they are close to their alotted time before taking a lunch break and they need to clock out
