Hello, I'm having an issue with one of my tech's. For some reason his sold estimates are not showing on his tech performace sales chart. Any insight on this? Thank you in advance!

Thank you for the feedback. I was able to resolve the issue. It was a workflow issue. The tech was creating estimates on the customer level, not within the job

We use forms for this. If our service techs are in the field and need a special ordered part. They will go into the forms section of the job and fill out our Parts Order Form. Once the form is filled out it will automatically get emailed to whomever ...

Not sure if this can be done. It would be helpful. You could always add the certificate file to the customer job and attach it to the estimates you send out.

Thank you for this. This is exactly what we ended up doing ourselves. It makes the most sense for proper workflow with no work-arounds. It will just take some getting used to. Thanks again!
