I need some kind of report showing what was there and date and who is running the call back.I have talked to several support people. It just blows my mind there is no way to track call backs on techs with all the other productivity features.
Can you please tell me what your job types are if you are a HVAC company? I am really struggling with this part! Thanks so much in advance!!!
