Payton, best case scenario that I can present. Is to pull a report of the items "on hold". You might have already found another solution.

The only way I know is through the Technician Profile under the Appointment Filter: it can show the jobs they are on, 2 days out, 5 days out, or all scheduled jobs. Not sure if this is helpful.
