record" and then it should give you more drop down options after this is
selected to select "display on call booking screen"

Yes you can definitely do this - go to your settings and locate "custom
fields" From here you can add custom fields on the call booking screen,
and name it whatever you want. We find this helpful for home warranty
work order numbers and such.
