Is there a way to add "Customer PO" to the call booking screen so I dont have to go back into the edit screen after the job has been booked?

Karen, would you put it under location record under "where it appears" to get it to show up on call booking screen? Thank you!

Yes you can definitely do this - go to your settings and locate "custom fields" From here you can add custom fields on the call booking screen, and name it whatever you want. We find this helpful for home warranty work order numbers and such.

Yes! This would be very helpful and would make work-flow better.
