How do I get CHAT to ding like Dispatch? If I'm on a different screen I can't see that someone sent a chat. Would be nice if it made a ding like dispatch or just a noise in general.

We only do work in Nevada (NV). Is there a way to set NV as default setting when booking calls or updating customer address's? I feel this takes up so much time, when it is not necessary and leaves more room for error.
