Exported Membership Invoices Wont' Sync

This is an issue for us. Specifically on membership invoices that were created using the renew button. If the customer decides they don't want to move forward OR if we need to make a change ST won't let us sync the exported invoice with Quick Books. ...

it would be great if there was a Comment section on the timesheets so that the office employees could put a comment about their time for a particular day (ie: "I worked thru my lunch break today")

It would be super helpful for technicians to be able to delete equipment that no longer exists in a home. Sometimes the techs forget to notify the office that equipment has been replaced.
