I 100% agree! We have scenarios where a tech need to call a customer
back. We are using tasks to track when someone in the office needs to
call, it should be the same for tech.
Yes! we need this! the e-sign feature works, but is very limited. There
is a lot of untapped potential there, it would be great if you could
send documents from the office, not just as a technician
