Sending Forms to Customers to Fill out and send back

I think it would be very helpful if we were able send forms to customers for them to fill out. For example you have an upcoming install and you need some information for them. you can send a form through email, or even text for them to fill out and then you have all the information you need for the job. Another example would be service agreements. You could send a form to a customer to sign if they want to join and they can select what want done. I think this would be a nice feature.

Yes! we need this!  the e-sign feature works, but is very limited. There is a lot of untapped potential there, it would be great if you could send documents from the office, not just as a technician

Hi, we do this with a program called DocuSign. You can upload templates and personalize the entry fields for the customers to fill in. It is also secure so you can collect more sensitive information as well.
