Is anyone tracking the reasons for lost sales in Service Titan? If so, how are you doing it?

Does anyone know of a report that will tell me how long a DialPad user has been on Do Not Disturb for a specified period of time (daily / weekly / monthly)? Or any way that I can get that data?Thank you.
