Issues with closing out a job

Is anyone else having issues with closing out a job?  This just started today (following an update last night).  We get an error code that reads: "Sequence Contains No Matching Elements".

We're currently experiencing the same thing.  The error is across multiple parts of ST.  We have open service tickets with ST to hopefully expedite a resolution.

Service Manager just sent this to me, "Sequence Contains More than One Element"
